Labuan Shipyard & Engineering Sdn. Bhd (LSE) a wholly owned subsidiary of Realmild (M) Sdn. Bhd., was incorporated on 26th September,2005 and took over the facilities, operations and all business activities of Sabah Shipyard Sdn. Bhd. which had since been liquidated.
The yard itself had been in existence since 1972 and had built up an extensive and proven track record in oil and gas engineering and fabrication, shipbuilding, shiprepair and construction of power barge. LSE is also actively involved in the refitting, modernization and scheduled and maintenance of naval crafts.
