We invite suitably qualified individuals to apply for the following vacant positions:

#POSITIONMAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITYREQUIREMENTS
1.QA EngineerTo assure that the various products leaving the company are effective and free from defects or operational problems or errors.

To verifying the accuracy or performance of the product as well as troubleshooting the correction of any problems or issues.

To be responsible for QA activities in LSE including the QMS, QA, Incoming/Receiving, Calibration & QAQC final documentation for the company and projects.
Min 25 years old

Degree in Engineering or related fields

Minimum 5 years auditing experience on ISO 9001 requirements for second party audit and internal audits, preferably strong experience in oil & gas and related industries & requirements

Knowledge in Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 standards, experience in Internal Audit for ISO9001:2015
2.Mechanic Grade 1,2 & 3 (Machinery Installation) - Production

4 positions available
To carry out job assigned by supervisor for all mechanical-related works including machinery installation & repairs in the yard, for projects & ship repair works.SPM or Technical Certification or equivalent.

Minimum two (2) years working experience in Oil & Gas and Marine Construction industry in the capacity of Apprentice or helper to a Grade 1,2 & 3 (respectively) Mechanic or above.

Able to understand technical drawings and symbols related to the scope of work of his Section. Knowledge in the use of alignment tools, equipment and instruments.
3.Supervisor (Structural) - ProductionTo coordinate shop and field work activities of fabrication, construction and other ship repair works assigned by the Unit Head.Relevant working experience in Oil & Gas or Marine construction industry as Chargehand.

Minimum five (5) years relevant working experience in Oil & Gas or Marine Construction industry as Chargehand.

Good knowledge and understanding of technical drawings and codes & standards related to the scope of work of his Unit or Section.
4.Planner - ProductionTo assist the Planning Engineer in preparing the project & production planning packages, progress reports, data collections and carry out data analysis.Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in any engineering discipline.

Advanced Diploma or Degree but not registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia and at least two (2) years experience or Diploma and at least four (4) years experience in Marine and Oil & Gas industry as Scheduler.

Good knowledge in Primavera P6, MS Project or other planning tools.
5.QC Inspector (Blasting & Painting)To conduct a variety of inspection techniques and methods to determine if a product meets quality standards, including all inspection activities as per required by company/client procedures.

To ensure that the product meets specifications in terms of its appearance and its function.
Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

NACE or BGAS Certified Painting Inspector (Level 2).

6.Fitter (Structural & Outfitting) - Production

2 positions available
To lay out, fit and fabricate steel components according to the drawings of Oil & Gas and Marine projects.SPM or Technical Certification or equivalent.

Minimum two (2) years relevant working experience in Oil & Gas and Marine construction industry as Grade 2 Skill Steel Fitter or above.

Good understanding of Technical/Construction drawings, essential symbol e.g. welding, edge preparation and type of materials. Qualify in 3G/4G or 3F/4F welding position for fit-up tack weld.
7.Mechanical Fitter
To carry out machinery installations, perform main engine alignment, crank shaft deflection checks, pump and motor alignments and overhauling of main engines.

To service and repair all types of pumps & valves.

To perform preventive maintenance for the tools and equipment being kept custodian by the Machinery Installation Section.

To assist in load test activities (hydraulic tensile load cell), in bollard pull test, in pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning.
Minimum two (2) years relevant working experience i in Oil & Gas and Marine construction industry.

SPM or Technical certification or equivalent.

Able to understand technical drawings and symbols related to the scope of work.

Expertise in using alignment tools, equipment and instruments.
8.CoordinatorTo analyse the needs of the owner’s work details upon receiving specification of ship’s scope of work for repair (LSE quotation) and distribute each work discipline accordingly to assigned resident subcontractor.

To analyse / check and confirm available materials and consumables in the yard and prepare MRV when necessary.

To prepare final Work Done List, and to attend to cost queries (negotiations) for verification of actual work done.

To verify subcontractor’s claim on work done upon which shall be verified by Head of Department.

To prepare and compile repair close-up report of each repair project assigned.
Minimum two (2) years working experience.

Minimum Diploma or Technical certification or equivalent
9.StorekeeperTo receive and accept delivery of supplies, tools, materials and equipment, and perform damage inspections on them, while maintaining record of all incoming materials received at warehouse.

To verify the list of items received against the list stated in Delivery Order (DO), packing list and Purchase Order (PO).

To inform QAQC Material Inspector to perform joint inspection on the materials with the end-user or client representative.

To assist in issuing material requests, be involved in annual physical inventory counting exercise and to maintain proper housekeeping in the warehouse storage area.
Minimum two (2) years working experience.

Minimum Diploma or Technical certification or equivalent
10.ScaffolderTo fit steel pipes, support braces and clamps to form base for scaffolds.

To lift position sections of scaffolding and bolt pipes together to build up scaffolding, place planks over horizontal bars to create platforms.

To check levels in scaffolding structures and dismantle scaffolding structures.
Minimum PMR or technical certification or equivalent.

Minimum two (2) years relevant working experience in Oil & Gas and Marine Construction
11.HelperTo assist in fitting steel pipes, support braces and clamps to form base for scaffolds.

To assist in lifting position sections of scaffolding and bolting pipes together to build up scaffolding, and place planks over horizontal bars to create platforms.

To dismantle scaffolding.
Minimum PMR or technical certification or equivalent.

Minimum one (1) years relevant working experience in Oil & Gas and Marine Construction
